Ricardo Inniss was born in Barbados, West Indies. In 1985, his family moved to America where he
completed high school. Ricardo’s family was members of Pentecostal Evangelistic Outreach Church where
Ricardo surrender his life to the Lordship of Jesus. There he was later baptize and filled with the Holy Spirit
and made a commitment to Christ.
After High School, Ricardo attended The City University of New York and continued serving faithfully within the
PEO Ministries. It was during his service at PEO that Ricardo met his wife Ann. Ann at the time served as
Youth Minister.
In 1989, Ricardo married Ann and through many circumstances, he felt it was necessary for him to join the
Military. Ricardo served in Germany and then Colorado Springs. Ricardo and Ann were blessed with two
children Alyse and Ricardo Jr. It was in Colorado Springs that Ricardo and Ann attended a dynamic Ministry
Grace Fellowship Church and became focus on the call to service.
After leaving the Military in 1997, Ricardo felt the calling to Pastoral ship from the Lord. He was release from
Grace Fellowship by Pastor Mark Cowart and started Ministry under the PEO Ministries. Ricardo moved his
family back to New York and served within the PEO Ministries teaching and preaching.
While in New York Ricardo attended The Universal Theological School and graduated in 1999 with his
Pastoral Degree. After graduation, the Lord called him to Maryland where he became Senior Pastor of Zoe
Outreach Ministry.
Pastor Ricardo Inniss has a great commitment to Christ and meeting the needs of those he shepherds.
His goal is to stand in a place where he can direct men, women, boys and girls to acknowledge Jesus Christ
as Lord. So often men and women lose focus on whom God is within their life. At Zoe, we emphasize
relationship, fellowship, and commitment to God. This is carried out through practical bible teachings;
prophetic words from God and encouragement towards a daily pray life.
